CIKAL Supermileage Car Research Team Institut Teknologi Bandung
The team from ITB that research super-mileage cars and joined the International and National Competition. CIKAL is one of ITB’s team who participates in Shell Eco-marathon Asia. The team consists of students from different majors at ITB inclusive mechanical, electrical, design, and management engineering. CIKAL ITB takes part in this competition since 2010 (the first competition held in Asia) and since then every year we are always taking part in this event.

About
The CIKAL ITB team was founded at the Engine Lab, FTMD in 2009 together with ITB students from various departments at ITB. In the first year, 2010, the achievements of the Cikal Team at Sepang were not encouraging. In 2010, CIKAL cleaned up, learn from mistakes, was determined to become champion, and in 2011, the Cikal Nusantara Team won 1st place in gasoline and 2nd place in the general category of the internal combustion engine.
